Xelias hosts Student Showcases twice a year, in November and May. Xelias is a 501(c)3, and our Student Showcases are our primary fundraisers. Invite your friends and family, co-workers and neighbors!
Tickets and Show Guidelines
Tickets are $25 and will be sold online and at the door. Performers should arrive 1 hour before showtime and the lobby will open 30 minutes before the show time. Showcases are typically around 1 hour and do not have an intermission.
Students typically receive Showcase assignments 1-2 months before the show. Xelias has youth and adult shows, and all shows have a mix of classes, levels, and apparatuses. Students and coaches collaborate to create acts and choreography for students to share with friends and family! Xelias has a large costume archive and students are never expected to purchase costumes. Every student who takes a class during the show sessions (Fall and Spring) has the opportunity to be in an act in the show. Performing is not mandatory but is a wonderful opportunity for our students to cultivate CONFIDENCE, COURAGE, and STRENGTH!
Youth Showcases: 1pm & 4pm on May 9th and May 10th.
